Movement: AS cal. 1430 manual-winding movement (21 jewels) with center sweeping-seconds; 18,000 BPH; Swiss Made

Features: Stunning white "crosshair" dial with "N-E-S-W" demarcations and raised/polished hour markers; original non-luminous dauphine hands and center sweeping-seconds hand; original rotating bezel; unique stainless steel reversible case with built-in compass and world cities inside (compass appears to function only intermittently); domed acrylic crystal

Condition: Fantastic original condition overall with minor wear consistent with age and light use; sharp stainless steel case appears to be completely unpolished; very attractive white "crosshair" dial; excellent original handset; crisp original rotating bezel; clean domed acrylic crystal

Other: If there ever was a conversation piece, this is it! We had never seen or heard of this watch until discovering it recently - Translation: It is incredibly rare. The unique case is quickly reversible and can be worn on the wrist with either side showing. With a compass and world-cities display built right into the wristwatch, it was clearly designed and intended for navigators/explorers alike.
