Other: Looking for a relatively affordable solid gold vintage watch from a powerhouse brand? Consider this gorgeous Omega Seamaster De Ville! It's a great size at 35mm excluding the crown and slides comfortably under the cuff of a shirt or jacket. The yellow gold case, brushed champagne dial, and gold-tone bracelet give you a killer gold-on-gold-on-gold look. This particular example is in nearly unworn condition with only light wear from storage and handling. It also comes with its original box and a bit of history! The caseback confirms that it was awarded to Clarence O. Walters on June 30, 1978 for his 25 years of loyal service to Scholl, Inc. It was common back in that era to receive a solid gold watch after reaching the quarter century milestone. Nowadays one probably receives a cheap gift card... As an added bonus, the in-house Omega 1020 automatic movement has just been completely overhauled by our watchmaker. It beats at 28,800 BPH with hacking seconds and features a traditional quick-date that can be set in either direction and a unique quick-set day of the week. You actually slowly set the hands in reverse to change the day of the week, which makes everything really easy to set.
