Other: Looking for a solid gold vintage dress watch from a powerhouse brand without breaking the bank? Look no further than this 18K gold Longines Ultra-Chron with incredible brushed metallic silver dial and high-grade movement that ticks away at 36,000 beats per hour. Speaking of the high-beat movement, the in-house Longines cal. 431 is completely overhauled and ready to wear. Original Longines advertisements dubbed the Ultra-Chron as "the world's most accurate watch" with "accuracy guaranteed to a minute a month." Imagine that type of accuracy (approximately 2 seconds per day) way back in the 1960s... This early Ultra-Chron model oozes a cool Mad Men vibe with its svelte case and classic black crocodile strap. It goes without saying that it would look right at home peeking out from under the cuff of a tailored suit, but we recommend going against the grain and dressing it down with a t-shirt and demin. For under $1,500, this is a fantastic value play for a really high-quality wristwatch from a legendary brand.
