Longines cal. 345 Grand Prize Automatic Date

Brand: Longines

Model: Grand Prize Automatic Date; Swiss Made circa 1960s

Case: Solid stainless steel case is approximately 34mm excluding the original signed Longines crown

Bracelet: 18mm vintage-style stainless steel mesh bracelet (fully adjustable via sliding clasp)

Movement: Longines cal. 345 self-winding automatic movement with center sweeping-seconds hand and date at 3 o'clock; 19,800 BPH; Swiss Made

Features: Stunning original brushed silver dial with applied numerals/indices and date window at 3 o'clock; original handset; high-grade Longines movement; solid stainless steel case

Condition: Very nice original condition overall; razor-sharp solid stainless steel case is completely unpolished with defined original edges/bevels and minor wear consistent with age and use; gorgeous original Tritium dial with minor patina; hour hand is missing lume but it is not noticeable given the size of the lume in the hour hand and the color of the dial

Other: We fell in love with this Longines because of the unique raised and beveled numerals on the dial, but who doesn't love a crisp and honest stainless steel case? This is a versatile watch that can be dressed up with a suit and tie or worn casually with a t-shirt and jeans. Try it on a black or brown crocodile strap for a more formal look. What more could you ask for at $650?
