Other: Charles Gigandet SA was founded in Tramelan, Switzerland in 1959. Known for supplying quality watch cases and movements to brands like Wakmann, they also produced their own watches. This rare chronograph model features a large solid 18K rose gold case and matching gold-tone dial that has an incredible sunburst finish. The blue and red tachymeter and telemeter scales add just the right amount of color and balance to the piece. This particular example appears to be nearly unworn.
