Other: Originally designed and built for land, sea, and air, the Croton Chronomaster has quickly become a favorite within collector circles today. Croton produced several variations of the Chronomaster and this particular model is one of the rarest of them all, especially in this condition. It is a true time capsule, appearing to have been worn only a few times over the past 40+ years (if at all). The original Swiss Tropic rally strap completes the look and even the spring bars are in mint condition and appear to be original to the watch! Our favorite feature has to be the neon orange sub-register at 3 o'clock with "5-4-3-2-1-0" yachting regatta countdown. We can see why sailors, aquanauts, drivers, pilots, and soldiers alike preferred the Chronomaster as their go-to timekeeper. One has to wonder how Croton packed so many features into one watch without it being gaudy and over-the-top. Needless to say, we approve of this super cool and retro design.
