Other: It's no secret that we love vintage mechanical alarm watches and this 1960s Clebar Alarm reference 685 is no exception! This particular example was manufactured in the 1960s and fitted with a Venus 230 movement, which is controlled by two crowns and features an open aperture in the dial at 9 o'clock to indicate whether the alarm is turned on or off. When the dot is red, the alarm is disengaged (turned off). When the crown at 4 o'clock is pulled out, the dot turns green and alarm is engaged (on). This watch is as unique as it is cool and it represents an advance in mechanical alarm technology. The svelte 34mm stainless steel case wears incredibly well on the wrist and gives off a stylish Mad Men vibe. For those of us that are tired of seeing the same watches over and over again, we guarantee that you won't run into anyone else wearing this watch. And it goes without saying that we are extremely proud to offer such a rare watch in very fine original condition...
