Other: The dial on this Caravelle 666 feet Devil Diver is reminiscent of one of the best watches ever made, the Rolex Explorer ref. 1016. And just like the legendary 1016, the Caravelle Sea Hunter comes with perfect proportions clocking in at 36mm in diameter with a 20mm lug width. This particular example is from the first production year of the Sea Hunter (1966) with desirable "alpha" hands and "WATERPROOF 666 FEET" in two lines of text on the dial. It is in incredible condition overall for a dive watch from this era and can be worn with just about anything - We recommend showing it off casually with a t-shirt and jeans (green field jacket optional). It is also worth noting that this is one of the best examples that we've ever sourced (and we've sold many)! The "fat-font" lume is truly exceptional.
