Condition: Fantastic original condition overall with minor honest wear consistent with age and use; solid stainless steel case remains thick and sharp with the original finishes visible; crisp caseback with all military engravings clearly legible; perfect original matte black dial with very attractive yellow patina to the luminous elements; original "sword" hands with all luminous material in tact and matching; domed acrylic crystal exhibits a few minor superficial scratches

Other: There is a lot to love about this piece, especially if you have a strong appreciation for military history like we do. Notice the "Broad Arrow" insignia on the dial and caseback (indicates property of the British government). The circle "T" highlights the use of Tritium lume, which has aged gracefully to a beautiful yellow hue all around. The original "sword" hands are super cool, and the highly-legible matte black dial is exactly the style what you would expect to find on a military-issued watch. The solid stainless steel case with fixed lugs features the following military engravings on the back:

Broad Arrow = British Ministry of Defense (MOD) Government Property
523-8290 = General Purpose Wristwatch
W10 = Army Issue
6645 = NATO Code (Timekeeping Instrument)
99 = U.K. Country Code
10234/73 = Serial Number/Year Issued
